Hello and possibly welcome back.
About a year ago I took this blog down out of necessity, today I am welcoming myself back.
My plan here is to post one picture a day, missing as few as possible, so that I can become a better photographer. I have, with limited success, tired to set out on doing a series a week but with summer classes I am surprised I can even get a picture a day sometimes.
If you stumble upon this blog and wish to pass on your opinions, insight, or comments please do. This is purely a self motivated task so any thing you can offer me is a great help and well appreciated.
For today I will post this picture. Though, I have many more to predate and put up but all things in good time, I suppose.

Geat idea, Nick- I look forward to seeing your pictures every day, and leaving comments.
This is my personal favorite because it combines liquid and solid, cool dark and bright flame, and all are one.
Very cool. It almost becomes a flower with the stamen ignited.
